Terms & Conditions – Vehicle Purchase & Reservation

Welcome to Superbii Cars.

By accessing our website and purchasing or reserving a vehicle through Superbii Cars, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Vehicle Reservation Deposit

Customers may reserve a vehicle online by paying 10% of the advertised vehicle price through our website.

The reservation deposit:

• Secures the vehicle exclusively for the customer.

• Entitles the customer to purchase the vehicle at the lowest offered/fixed price available.

• Removes the vehicle from active sale during the agreed reservation period.

The reservation deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Superbii Cars.

Failure to complete the remaining payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

Vehicle Condition & “Sold As Is” Policy

Vehicles sold under “Lowest Price”, “Market Adjustment Pricing”, “Special Offer”, or similar discounted campaigns are sold strictly on an “AS IS” basis.

This means:

• The customer accepts the vehicle in its current condition at the time of purchase.

• Superbii Cars does not provide guarantees or warranties regarding cosmetic condition, wear and tear, mechanical performance, future reliability, or hidden defects unless explicitly stated in writing.

Many vehicles offered by Superbii Cars are imported vehicles, including US imports, and may have prior accident history, repairs, modifications, or varying condition standards.

Customers are strongly encouraged to:

• Personally inspect the vehicle.

• Conduct independent mechanical inspections.

• Verify specifications and condition before purchase.

Registration Passing Guarantee

For “AS IS” vehicles, the only guarantee provided by Superbii Cars is that the vehicle will pass one of the following UAE vehicle inspection authorities at the time of sale:

• RTA

• ADNOC

• Tasjeel

• Shamil

This guarantee is provided solely for the purpose of enabling vehicle registration within the UAE.

This does not constitute:

• Mechanical warranty

• Extended warranty

• Performance guarantee

• Future reliability guarantee

Pricing Policy

Certain vehicles may be listed at fixed, non-negotiable prices.

These prices reflect:

• Current market conditions

• Inventory adjustment strategies

• Vehicle condition

• Included offers or protection plans

Vehicles secured through the 10% reservation system qualify for the lowest available advertised price at the time of reservation.

Limitation of Liability

Superbii Cars shall not be held responsible for:

• Future mechanical failures

• Wear and tear

• Customer misuse

• Third-party repairs or modifications

• Indirect or consequential damages arising after vehicle delivery

Once the vehicle is delivered and accepted by the customer, all responsibility transfers to the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Right to Refuse or Cancel

Superbii Cars reserves the right to:

• Refuse any reservation or sale

• Cancel transactions suspected of fraud or misuse

• Amend pricing, listings, or availability without prior notice until a reservation deposit is successfully received

By reserving, purchasing, or using this website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
